Responsibilities:
·Responsible for industrial research and related work
·Develop industrial standards and related work plans
·Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the implementation of the projects of the Department
·Content planning and resource coordination for large-scale activities, conferences and forums
·Carry out staff management and performance appraisal to ensure that the regulations and rules of the Association are complied with
·Liaise with other all parties to ensure coordination across departments
·Liaise with external resources to promote project cooperation
·Support the work of national ministers and Association leaders
·Achieve annual business indicators

Education
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or above) in energy, fuel cell, vehicle engineering, standardization, finance or related field.
Doctor degree is preferred.
Overseas education background is preferred.
Work Experience
Experience in hydrogen, vehicle manufacturing, standard research or consultancy is essential.
Familiar with the theory and methodology of standardization.
A minimum of three years of experience as department chief.
Experience in leading more than ten members is required.
Experience in managing large-scale businesses and projects is required.
Overseas working experience is preferred.
Language
Excellent English skills (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent) are required.
