This position is to focus on standard research, participating in establishing international standard organization systems and standards.

Responsibilities:

·Carry out research on existing international organization development strategies and management systems and national standardization policies; establish competitive group standard organization systems

·Lead the research on international group standard systems in the fields of hydrogen, fuel cell and fuel cell vehicles

·Analyze standard needs and evaluate the effects of application and implementation

·Participate in the research on related group standard policies and research

·Apply, organize and manage related policy projects

·Engage in international exchanges and cooperation, promote the establishment of an international platform for standards

·Carry out standard promotion and publicity, improve quality and facilitate standard implementation.

Education

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or above) in energy, fuel cell, vehicle engineering, standardization or related field.

Work Experience

Experience in hydrogen, vehicle manufacturing, standard research and consultancy is required; Familiar with the theory and methodology of standardization.

Experience in foreign companies or standard- and policy-related work in international organizations is preferred.

Language

Fluency in a foreign language is required.

·Build a hydrogen industry development forecasting model to make predictions based on different development conditions

·Carry out investigation and research on a specialised field and compile research reports

·Establish industry and analysis database to provide industry and development recommendations

·Carry out other tasks as may be assigned

Education

Experience in financial models and industry analysis.

Experience in international energy enterprises or international consultancy is an advantage.

Work Experience

Experience in new energy, transportation, finance and other related fields is required.

A minimum of ten years of experience in government sectors or international enterprises.

Experience in international organizations is an advantage.

A minimum of three years of experience as department chief.

Experience in leading more than ten members is required.

Experience in managing large-scale businesses and projects is required.

Overseas working experience is preferred.

Language

Excellent English skills (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent) are required.
